摘 要
介绍利用磷石膏为原料生产硫酸的两类新工艺的研究与进展。对于高温窑外分解,实验室研究了较优的工艺条件,也探讨了分别副产水泥和电石两种工业化方案的可能性,对于反应耦合工艺,简单介绍了以电场为推动力,以半透膜为分离单元的反应耦合实验装置,实验室中的电流效率可以达到90%以上。 [中图分类号]X781 [文献标识码]A [文章编号] 1007-6220(2009)06-0011 – 03

Abstract
Two new processes are introduced for SA and sulfate production from phosphogypsum. In view of the high temperature decomposition outside kiln, the optimum condition is studied in the laboratory,with the discussion on the double industrialization possibilities for the by-product cement or calcium carbide respectively. For the reaction coupling process,the reaction coupling system is simply introduced, which is with the partly-penetrating membrane as the separation unit and driven by electronic field, the current efficiency of experiment can be over 90%.
