摘 要
研究采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂净化除去湿法磷酸中钙离子的工艺过程及可能性,探讨了搅拌速度､树脂用量､温度､交换时间等因素对钙离子去除率的影响｡结果表明,处理150 g湿法磷酸的树脂用量为50 g,反应时间为15 min,反应温度为25 ℃,搅拌速度为250 r / min,钙最大去除率达93.2%｡

Abstract
The process of calcium removal from WPA with cation exchange resin of strong acid is studied from the effects of different factors on the calcium removal, including the stirring speed, adding amount of resin, temperature, exchange time etc. The results show that, with the resin of 50 g for WPA of 150 g, reaction time of 15 minutes, reaction temperature of 25 ℃,stirring speed of 250 r / min, the maximum calcium removal rate is 93.29%.
