摘 要
经过计算,确定了影响三环中化化肥有限公司磷铵生产装置产能发挥的关键因素是淤酸的产生量。针对这一情况,提出了湿法磷酸生产过程中产生淤酸的控制及处理方法,从长远考虑,公司应配套建设粉状MAP或TSP装置,以消耗这部分淤酸,最终实现磷酸的分级利用。 [中图分类号]TQ126.3+5,TQ442.14 [文献标识码]A [文章编号] 1007–6220(2010)01–0023–03

Abstract
Based on calculation, the sludge phosphoric acid yield is considered the key influence factor on ammonium phosphate productivity in Yunnan Three Circles-Sinochem fertilizers Co., Ltd. So, the control and treatment methods are proposed of sludge phosphoric acid in WPA production, further powder MAP or TSP plant should be constructed for consumption the sludge phosphoric acid, and finally the classification utilization of phosphoric acid is realized.
