摘 要
针对复合肥生产粉尘大､操作环境差､尾气不能达标排放的问题,进行了粉尘治理和回收的技术改造,介绍改造的工艺流程及主要设备｡改造后不仅改善了环境,尾气实现达标排放,而且原料收率明显提高,年回收成本达262.5万元｡

Abstract
Based on the high dust, the poor operating environment, and the tail gas under the national standard for discharge in compound fertilizer production, the technical transformation for control and recovery of dust are studied, with the process and main equipments of transformation discussed. After the transformation, the environment is improved, the tail gas is up the national standard for discharge, recovery rate of raw material is improved obviously, with the recovery cost of 2.625 million RMB Yuan per year.
